Every Dandy Buenos Aires product go through exhaustive quality controls before being put on sale to arrive in perfect condition, our goal is to ensure that you’re fully satisfied with your purchase.

Therefore, exchanges and returns are accepted as long as they meet the following conditions:

  • Contact us within a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order. Indicate the data of the buyer, date of purchase, order number and evidence of the state of the product. To do this, we provide you with different Channels of communication:

  • Failures caused by negligence, hitting, use or tampering are not included.
  • In case the product has not been used, you can get a refund, providing us the product, container and packaging in good conditions. (The state of the product will be considered before making the change or return).
  • In the case of wooden accessories, a refund will be made if manufacturing defects occur as long as the product and packaging are in good condition. (Used accessories, or damage due to misuse loses the right of exchange or return.
  • The guarantee will lose its value if the original state of the product and / or accessory is modified, altered or replaced.
  • Dandy Buenos Aires, does not accept returns of any of the products it sells, whose reason is different from those indicated above. This is because the commercialized products are easily manipulated.

Cancellation of order: If you want to cancel the order, you must inform us within a maximum period of 24 hours from when I make the purchase, since it is not always possible to stop the shipment if it has already been dispatched. If your order has already been shipped, you must pick up the order when it is delivered and contact us within a maximum period of 3 days from the date of receipt.

Notes: Refund will be made for the cost of the product, excluding shipping costs. Shipments for exchange of defective products are borne by Dandy Buenos Aires, the estimated delivery time of a new product or money back is approximately 10 business days.
Once we receive the product that is the reason for the return, we will proceed to make your refund using the same payment method  used by the customer in their purchase (the return consists only of the price of the product, there will be no refund of the cost generated by the shipping costs).
